01Where do I enter the code?
Use the official invite link, then check that the code is carried into signup. If the app asks for a code, enter the one shown on this page.
02Do the 14 days start at card activation?
The bonus help page says code redemption; the rewards addendum says registration. Do not assume activation restarts the clock. Check your in-app deadline.
03Can I spend US$100 with one merchant?
No. The help page requires at least 2 distinct merchants and a total of US$100 in settled eligible purchases.
04Can I withdraw the US$10?
No. This referral reward is spend credit for future eligible card purchases, rather than withdrawable cash.
05Do deposits or transfers count?
No. Pending authorizations, refunded purchases, and wallet transfers do not count. Other exclusions are set out in the current rules.
06When is it paid?
The help page says the reward accrues once the qualifying purchases settle and is paid the following Thursday. Check its actual status in your app.
07Is the bonus available everywhere?
No. Country and account restrictions apply. The current help page excludes referees whose identity-document country is Nigeria, Bangladesh, or Kenya.
08Do you need my identity documents?
No. Complete all registration, verification, and funding through official services. Never send identity documents, full card details, passwords, or recovery information here.
